Beware of missing items
I'm missing a flashlight. Aaron Cuevas (local manager) tells me to bring my car there and he might magically find it (I've checked my glove compartment, console, under seats, in back pockets and side doors -- where it was originally) and it sounds like he might magically put it back in my car from their shop (after saying it wasn't found there). He offered no other options. Calling the general manager on Thursday. It's not expensive, but it's the principle. Glad I didn't leave anything expensive in there.

Absolutely terrible car wash after spending 40+ dollars, after complaining employees were rude and insulted me in Spanish not knowing I'm bilingual. Total ripoff!

I would rate it zero stars if i could. I am not one to complain but this is exceptionally bad service. I chose the "wildcat special" because i wanted my wheels cleaned, interior and tires done with Armour All which were included in the price. NONE of it was done. blue soap all over the white car, wheels still dirty, dust still on the dash and i had to ask for the windows to be wiped down because tey had sprayed something on them and not wiped it off. STAY AWAY.
